Traditional watercraft

The traditional fishing crafts, made of three or four logs, can only be found in the coastal fishing communities of Thiruvananthapuram and Kollam . They are seaworthy and highly safe. The traditional kattumaram, are now only available in fiberglass versions due to the scarcity of logs. It is available only for rental.
