Return policy
At Syzygy Ecosports, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide quality water sports equipment to ensure your outdoor adventures are memorable experiences.
Return Period
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item should be in the original packaging.
- You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please note that for safety reasons, lifejackets, water-resistant mobile pouches, and Personal Floatation Devices (PFDs) cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective/Broken Items
If you receive a defective or broken item, please contact us immediately. We will replace it or provide a full refund as long as it is within the 7-day return period.
